The Krampouz professional electric griddle plate with enamelled cast iron plate runs on 6000W for excellent performance and a total cooking surface of 73 cm x 41 cm.
Featuring two separate cooking areas, this model lets you cook several meals simultaneously: perfect for grilling burgers, etc. You’ll be amazed by the performance and versatility of this appliance. The plancha features a control dial for ease of use and precision cooking. Cooking juices are collected at the front of the appliance in a removable tray that holds 80 cl.
This versatile appliance with fast pre-heating and even heat diffusion across its plate mean that it is a must-have for snack food service.
This griddle plate comes fitted for butane or propane gas supply, and natural gas injectors are also supplied.

Advice on use and maintenance
The cast iron plate should be cleaned after serving or between preparations. Cast iron is easier to clean when it is still warm.

- With a spatula or scraper, scrape off the juices and cooking residues and push them into the drip tray.
- Moisten the plate to soak up the remaining juices, leave for a few minutes.
- With a stainless steel ball, scrub to remove the remaining residues.
- Finish cleaning with a soft sponge.
