The Confort gas double crêpe maker for professionals has been designed for occasional to heavy usage. Powered by gas for optimum mobility, this professional crêpe maker is perfectly suited for use in the restaurant or delicatessen. It has two machined cast iron plates that allow you to spread the pancakes and fill them on a single appliance. Thanks to its thermostat control, this crêpe maker automatically regulates the flame height to heat to the temperature chosen. This allows precision and is very easy to use.
Its plates are fitted with mounds to capture the heat, ensuring excellent transmission and distribution. Made in our workshop, the large diameter 8-branch star burner with double flame ensures even heat distribution for unrivalled cooking. This easy-to-use professional crêpe maker is fitted with a piezoelectric ignition system for easy start-up. The marked dial lets you accurately and visibly control the flame right where you are working. The heavy-duty machined cast iron plate is shockproof.
The frame in between the two plates helps to reduce batter runoff and worktop splashing, making cleaning easier.

Use and maintenance advice
Season the plate before first use to protect the traditional machined cast iron plate and give it its non-stick properties. See here for a step-by-step guide.
After each use, allow the plate to cool, then wipe clean.
For heavy use, once a day, lightly rub the abrasive stone over the warm plate using a circular motion and finish by adding a layer of oil.
