• Which type of bread to use?
You can use any type of bread, from the classic burger bun to pitta bread, from croissants to focaccia!
• Which size of bread to use?
To ensure a nice collar and an even seal, choose a bread that is at least 11cm in diameter (for the Ø 9 cm size K-Presse).
• How to clean the sealing machine?
The K-Presse Sealing Machine has been designed to be very easy to clean. The lower iron plate tilts so you can wipe the stainless steel frame clean using a dish cloth. Once the irons have cooled down, use a scouring pad and a stainless steel brush or an abrasive stone to clean the enamelled cast iron surface as and when required.
