The warranty period for Krampouz devices marketed as of January 1, 2016 is 1 year. It covers the use for which the professional device is intended.
The devices can be repaired by Krampouz during and after the warranty period.
Krampouz is committed to keeping all technical spare parts for the majority of its products for an average of 10 years after purchase.

In order to facilitate the processing of your request, please attach the following information:
Purchase invoice for the device
Description of the malfunction
Device reference and serial number (located on the nameplate at the back or under the device)
Complete contact information
After processing your request, our After-Sales Service will quickly get back to you to offer you the most suitable solution. In the case of a product return to our workshops, we take care of the transport.
