The Confort gas crêpe maker for professionals has been designed for occasional to heavy usage. Powered by gas for optimum mobility, this professional crêpe maker is perfectly suited for use in the restaurant or delicatessen.
Thanks to its thermostat control and to the innovation Automatic Control System, this crêpe maker automatically regulates the flame height to heat to the temperature chosen. This allows precision and is very easy to use. The control knob, custom developed to be more robust and tear resistant, allows for precise temperature adjustment.
Its cast iron plate is fitted with mounds to capture the heat, ensuring excellent transmission and distribution. Made in our workshop, the large diameter 8-branch star burner with double flame ensures even heat distribution for unrivalled cooking.
Easy to use, this professional crepe maker is equipped with a spark ignition system directly integrated in the control knob for an easy ignition. The heavy-duty machined cast iron plate is shockproof.
Since 1949, Krampouz has been designing and manufacturing its crepe makers by combining high quality materials and technological processes exclusive to the brand.

What makes the difference
The rebirth of a classic: the original, improved.
A unique Krampouz process: Custom-made in our workshops, the large diameter 8-branch star burner with double flame ensures even heat distribution.
Thermal insulation of the burner prevents heat loss and helps to evenly distribute the heat for high performance cooking.
Precise temperature control
The thermostatic control allows precise control and maintenance of the temperature.
Easier to clean
The recessed front protects the integral band and allows for snag-free cleaning. Thanks to the integration of the spark train ignition at the control knob, the front panel is faster to clean.
Use and maintenance advice
Season the plate before first use to protect the traditional machined cast iron plate and give it its non-stick properties. See here for a step-by-step guide.
After each use, allow the plate to cool, then wipe clean. For heavy use, once a day, lightly rub the abrasive stone over the warm plate using a circular motion and finish by adding a layer of oil.
Season the equipment before first use.
