The Standard electric crêpe maker for professionals has been designed for occasional usage. This appliance is perfect for caterers who do not specialise in pancakes, as well as for snack food service. The exclusive plate design features inset elements with ceramic beads to deliver excellent precision and even heat distribution. The control knob, custom designed to be sturdier and less likely to pull-of, are labelled from 50 °C to 300 °C for precise temperature control. The heavy-duty machined cast iron plate is shockproof. Thanks to the square frame, batter runoff is reduced and work surface stay cleaner.

Precision cooking

A unique Krampouz process: coil heating elements are built into the cooking plate to ensure uniform heat distribution at the core of the cast iron. This allows for even heating and excellent cooking performance.

Easier to clean

The recess on the front of the frame protects the band and allows for snag-free cleaning. With the On/Off switch built into the control knob, cleaning the front takes less time.

Use and maintenance advice

Season the plate before first use to protect the traditional machined cast iron plate and give it its non-stick properties. See here for a step-by-step guide.

After each use, allow the plate to cool, then wipe clean. For heavy use, once a day, lightly rub the abrasive stone over the warm plate using a circular motion and finish by adding a layer of oil.
