Discover the depth broiler grill featuring a ridged enamelled cast iron cooking plate. Power, performance and reliability: it cooks meat and grilled foods in step. Features a 34 cm x 64 cm cooking surface and 3600W of power.

Krampouz adapted its pancake maker know-how when it designed the depth broiler grill: the coil heating elements are built into the cooking plate, giving excellent heat diffusion right across the plate. Featuring a thermostat control between 50 °C and 300 °C and a removable high splashback, this appliance guarantees precision cooking and ease of use. Cooking juices are collected at the front of the appliance in a removable tray that holds 45 cl, helping to limit smoke production and odours.

Specially designed for tight spaces, this is the ideal broiler grill for small kitchens and food trucks. Combined with the depth plancha, it will cover a variety of cooking requirements with a compact design.

Maintenance

Easy to clean after service

Advice on use and maintenance

Clean the cast iron plate after service or between preparing two dishes. Cast iron is even easier to clean if the plancha is still warm.

  1. Use the scraper supplied to scrape off the juices and cooking residues, pushing them towards the juice collection tray.
  2. Moisten the cooking plate to water down the remaining juices, leave to work for a few minutes.
  3. Use a stainless steel brush to scrub off the remaining residues.
  4. Finish cleaning with a soft sponge.
