Featuring the same design as all Krampouz professional crepe makers, it has a coiled heating element inserted under the plate for even heat distribution and perfect cooking results. This exclusive technology ensures great precision and has been a hallmark of Krampouz electric crepe makers since their creation.
The enamelled cast iron plate is ready to use, requires no seasoning, and offers cooking performance and heat distribution comparable to machined cast iron. It allows for easy crepe release, requires less oil, and is simple to clean.
The control knob, custom-designed for greater robustness and resistance to tearing, is graduated from 50 to 300°C, allowing precise temperature adjustment.
The electric crepe maker with an enamelled cast iron plate is designed for occasional use (around 4 hours per day) and belongs to the “Standard” range.

Use and maintenance advice
The enamelled cast-iron plate requires no seasoning and is ready to use.
Lightly grease the plate with an appropriate brush before each use and reapply grease if necessary during cooking. After use, clean the plate when cold with a damp sponge (soft or abrasive, depending on the degree of soiling) and a little dishwashing liquid. Rinse thoroughly.
In case of stubborn residues, use an abrasive stone to remove grease deposits.
