An uncompromising alliance of performance and practicality, the new range of Krampouz Luxury professional planchas is designed to satisfy the most demanding requirements.
The Confort deep gas plancha offers 2 x 2700 W (i.e. 5400 W) for a 44.2 x 64.2 cm cooking surface. This appliance will surprise you with its performance: rapid heat-up (8 min to 250°C) and excellent heat distribution.
Innovative cleaning = daily time savings
The rounded corners of the deep-drawn stainless steel plate ensure optimal cleaning and impeccable hygiene. The plancha features a drawer on the front to collect juices and residues. Removable and fitted with a filter, it has an XL capacity of 1.3 L. Ease of cleaning is at the heart of the design: the chassis is rounded and the front panel is recessed to protect the control levers. A real time-saver on a daily basis.

Various power supply options: single-phase or three-phase
The Confort electric plancha is available with 3 different power supplies, depending on the electrical installation : 2 single-phase cords (2 x 220-240 V), 1 three-phase cord type P17 (16A – 3P+N+E, 400 V) or 1 three-phase cord type Plexo (20A – 3P+N+E, 400 V).

Advice on use and maintenance
The result of years of research and development, the stamped stainless steel plate is a true technical feat. A revolution in cleaning, no more cooking residues trapped in corners: maintenance is quick and easy, with no need for chemicals.
Quick and easy to clean, the griddle can be wiped down with water after serving or between preparations. Stainless steel is very easy to clean while still hot, so cleaning the griddle is even quicker if carried out directly after use.
- For total safety during cleaning, the plancha must be switched off and the power lead unplugged for an electrical appliance.
- Using a stainless steel spatula, scrape the plate to remove the larger cooking deposits.
- With the plate still hot, pour over water or drop on some ice cubes. The resulting thermal shock will help to lift off any remaining juices. Leave it to work for a few minutes if your plate has a build-up of deposits and moisten again if necessary.
- Using the spatula, scrape the plate and lift off the watered-down juices.
- Rub the plate with a stainless steel scrubber.
- Rinse with clean water using a soft sponge.
