The removable support is designed to fit the Krampouz professional warming plate.
Made entirely of stainless steel, it simply sits on top of the warming plate and can hold the equivalent of one GN 1/1 tray (i.e. three GN 1/3 trays or one 2/3 trays and one 1/3 tray, etc.: several combinations are possible).
We recommend using this rack with GN containers that are 65 mm high for optimal support: three inserts on each side of the frame allow the containers to be secured during use.
GN containers taller than 65 mm are still compatible, but they will be taller than the frame.
