The Standard gas crêpe maker for professionals has been designed for occasional to heavy usage. Powered by gas for optimum mobility, this professional crêpe maker is perfectly suited for use in the restaurant or delicatessen.
The cast iron plate is fitted with mounds to capture the heat as close as possible to the burner, ensuring excellent transmission. Made in our workshop, the large diameter 6-branch star burner with double flame ensures even heat distribution for unrivalled cooking.
Easy to use, this professional crepe maker is spark ignited and manually controlled. The control knob, custom developed to be more robust and tear resistant, is graduated and allows for precise temperature adjustment. It lets you accurately and visibly control the flame right where you are working. The heavy-duty machined cast iron plate is shockproof.
Thanks to the square frame, batter runoff is reduced and worktops stay cleaner.

Use and maintenance advice
Season the plate before first use to protect the traditional machined cast iron plate and give it its non-stick properties. See here for a step-by-step guide.
After each use, allow the plate to cool, then wipe clean. For heavy use, once a day, lightly rub the abrasive stone over the warm plate using a circular motion and finish by adding a layer of oil.
